Railwayana

Railwayana & Railway memorabila

RAILWAYANA or RAILWAY RELICS as this was what these were often referred to are artifacts once used on Britain's railways. These items range from steam and diesel locomotive nameplates, cabside number plates, worksplates and whistles.

Railway signaling items are very fashionable these days and cover everything from signalbox nameplates, instruments, brass plates, telephones, train registers and  furniture.

Station items include Lamp posts, platform signs, luggage and parcels scales, seats, notices, tickets and ticket machines. From the station refreshment rooms come the fine china and silverware and the list goes on........
